The First Cut team is a dedicated group of over 20 designers and artisans passionate about their craft. From design to production and installation, we offer fully integrated services to our clients.
Whether traditional or modern, simple or ornate, custom or mass-produced, First Cut provides a full suite of custom woodworking solutions. Our clients range from offices, schools and hospitals to hotels, restaurants, shops and custom homes.
With a commitment to craftsmanship and the art of woodworking, our 36,000 sq. ft. shop houses over a dozen specialty machines. From a four-axis CNC machine to a six-head molder, the First Cut team meticulously crafts materials into finished products unique to each space.

With decades of experience, Tom’s journey spans from running operations for major contractors to creating custom millwork masterpieces, driven by his dedication to craftsmanship and innovation.

With 25 years in skilled trades, Clinton's career started with creating large-scale 3D models before moving into museum exhibit building and installation across the U.S. Now serving as general manager at First Cut, Clinton's passion for problem-solving and team-building inspires his dedication to creating innovative millwork solutions.
Production Manager
Raised in the trades, Jason's career began with foundational skills learned on job sites from a young age. With 33 years of professional experience, he brings invaluable expertise to his role at First Cut, where his passion for teaching and innovation drives the team's success.
